کناره‌گیری آمریکا از اداره اینترنت

اخبار خارجی ایتنا - دولت آمریکا اعلام کرده که ضمن حفظ حاکمیت خود برای اداره اینترنت، درگیری‌های خود در این زمینه را کاهش خواهد داد.
مرکز حفظ و نگهداری از دامنه‌های اینترنتی(ICANN) که آینده اینترنت را همچنان در دستان دولت آمریکا می‌بیند، بر اساس قراردادهای جدید خود اعلام کرده که در طول سه سال آینده گروه‌های مستقل بیشتری برای حاکمیت بخش‌هایی از اینترنت اقدام خواهند کرد.
دکتر پائول تائومی(Paul Twomey) مدیر ICANN در این باره گفت: «این اقدامات گام‌های جدید مرکز ما برای خودگردانی و خودمختاری اینترنت محسوب می‌شود تا به این وسیله تمایل افراد برای ورود به فضاهای مجازی افزایش یابد.»
دولت آمریکا درنظر دارد با کدگذاری شبکه اینترنت امنیت بیشتری را برای اینترنت و فضاهای مجازی فراهم کند.

حالی‌که روزبه‌روز از کشف باگ‌های تازه در سیستم عامل مک او اس ایکس (Mac OSX) خبر می‌رسد، پژوهشگران امنیتی همچنان معتقدند این سیستم عامل از خطرپذيري بالای امنیتی برخوردار نیست و از سیستم عامل ویندوز xp امن‌تر است
یکی از پژوهشگران امنیتی در مک آفی در گفت‌وگويي گفت: « برخی از مردم فکر می‌کنند مک امنیت کمتری نسبت به ویندوز دارد، زيرا آسیب‌پذیری‌های آن بیشتر است، اما باید گفت که تاکنون حمله‌هاي کمتری به مک او اس ایکس در سنجش با ویندوز گزارش شده است. »
پروژه‌ای که در ماه گذشته با نام Apple Bugs انجام شد، بسیاری از باگ‌های موجود در این سیستم عامل را آشکار ساخت. این موضوع با تأخیر اپل در ارائه پچ‌های مورد نیاز برای سیستم عامل مک همراه شد که نتیجه آن، کاهش اعتماد نسبت به این سیستم عامل بود.
سال گذشته نیز مک آفی گزارش داده بود کشف آسیب‌پذیری‌های موجود در پلاتفورم مکینتاش در سه سال گذشته از 45 مورد در سال 2003، به 143 مورد در سال 2005 رسیده است. این رقم افزایشی برابر با 228 درصد را نشان می‌دهد. در حالی که در همین دوره زمانی، آسیب‌پذیری‌های کشف شده در ویندوز تنها 73 درصد افزایش داشته است.
به تازگي گزارش تهدیدهاي امنیتی اینترنت که از سوی سیمانتک منتشر شده، آشكار كرده است که ميانگين 66 روز طول می‌کشد تا اپل برای رفع آسیب‌پذیری‌های موجود در مک، پچ موررد نیاز را عرضه کند. اما میانگین چنین کاری برای مایکروسافت تنها سه هفته خواهد بود.
با این حال، پژوهشگران همچنان سیستم عامل مک را ایمن‌تر از ویندوز می‌دانند. ماریوس وان اورس (Marius van Oers) یک مهندس پژوهش درباره ویروس‌ها در مک آفی، در وبلاگ خود خبر داده است هم اکنون بیش از 236 هزار بدافزار مهم در جهان وجود دارد که بیشتر آن‌ها سیستم عامل ویندوز را هدف قرار می‌دهند. نزديك به 700 مورد از آن‌ها به توزیع‌های گوناگون لینوکس و اونیکس حمله می‌کنند. جالب اینکه از این شمار تنها 7 مورد و یا کمتر توانسته‌اند مک او اس ایکس را مورد

ایرانسل اعلام شد GPRS تعرفه

معاون سازمان تنظيم مقررات و ارتباطات راديويي گفت: سرانجام پس از بررسي‌هاي لازم و انجام كار كارشناسي توسط كارشناسان سازمان، تعرفه‌ 15 ريالي به ازاي ارسال و دريافت هر كيلوبايت داده، امروز به ايرانسل ابلاغ شد.
لطف‌الله سبوحي در گفت‌وگو با ايسنا درباره‌ تعرفه‌هاي پيشنهادي ايرانسل به اين سازمان كه بر اساس سايت رسمي اين شركت، هزينه‌ ارسال و دريافت هر كيلوبايت داده مبلغ 30 ريال عنوان شده بود، اظهار كرد: از نظر سازمان تنظيم مقررات و ارتباطات راديويي تعرفه‌ 15 ريالي اجرايي است و تعرفه‌هاي استفاده از اين سرويس با اين رقم محاسبه خواهد شد.
وي گفت: سازمان براي انتخاب اين رقم مطالعات لازم را انجام داد؛ در اين رابطه مقايسه‌هايي نيز با ديگر كشورها صورت گرفته و پس از انجام اين مطالعات اين تعرفه به ايرانسل ابلاغ شد.

دانشمندان آلماني موفق به مشاهده كنده شدن الكترون از اتم شدن

فيزيكدانان آلماني براي نخستين بار توانسته اند از ميدانهاي فشرده نور براي مشاهده كنده شدن الكترونها از اتمها استفاده كنند.
به گزارش سرويس «علمي» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، فرنس كرائوس و دستياران وي در موسسه نورهاي كوانتومي ماكس پلانك در آلمان در اين باره خاطر نشان كرد: كه به كمك اين تكنيك مي توان حركتهاي الكترونها در درون اتمها و مولكولها را نظاره كرده و آنها را در كنترل در آورد.
اين محققان مي‌گويند كه با دادن انرژي كافي الكترونها مي‌توانند از موانع احتمالي كه آنها را متصل به هسته اتم نگه مي دارد بگريزند.
اين محققان در اين مطالعات دريافته اند كه تونل زني يك الكترون القاء شده با نور در زمان واقعي برابر با يك ميليارديوم يك ميليارديوم يك ثانيه صورت مي‌گيرد.
اين آزمايشات بر روي اتم هاي يونيزه شده نئون صورت گرفته است.

اولين ويروس‌ آلوده‌كننده‌ي آي‌پاد كشف شد

ويروس براي آلوده كردن دستگاه ديجيتالي صوتي و تصويري آي‌پاد به نام podloso كشف شد كه بنا بر اعلام لابراتور كاسپرسكي تهديدآميز نيست.
لابراتور آنتي ويروس كاسپرسكي، اولين ويروس طراحي شده‌ي آي‌پاد را كشف كرد و اعلام كرد كه اين ويروس تهديد واقعي ايجاد نمي‌كند. كاسپرسكي تاكيد كرد كه اين ويروس در صورتي كار مي‌كند كه لينوكس در يك‌ آي‌پاد نصب شده باشد و نمي‌تواند به طور خودكار بدون دخالت كاربر منتشر شود. بر اساس اين گزارش به محض راه‌اندازي شدن،‌ podloso‌، هاردديسك آي‌پاد را اسكن كرده و تمامي‌ فايل‌هاي اجرايي را آلوده مي‌كند و هرگونه اقدام براي اجراي اين فايل‌ها از سوي شخص موجب مي‌شود كه ويروس، پيغام "شما به Oslo، اولين ويروس‌ آي‌پاد لينوكس آلوده شده‌ايد"‌ را نمايش دهد.
به گفته‌ي كاسپرسكي، چنين ويروس‌هايي به منظور اثبات امكان پذير بودن پلت فرم خاص طراحي مي‌شوند و podloso قدرت مخربي ندارد و معرف هيچ تهديد واقعي نيست، بلكه ثابت مي‌كند از نظر تئوريكي طراحي برنامه‌هاي مخرب براي چنين دستگاه‌هايي امكان‌پذير است.
